Dawn is yoga and meditation with a playful, dynamic and well-balanced approach. Recognized for her cheerful personality and her overflowing rewarding energy, Dawn offers a perfect balance between a clear and precise teaching and a deeper reflection. She discovered yoga in 2000, then meditation in 2005.
Her teachings are inspired by Pascal Auclair, YuMee Chung, Jill Mill, her colleagues and students in Naada yoga studio , Julian Giacomelli and Pema, her French bulldog.
